HUASHIKANG Chemical Anchor Adhesive is a kind of two-component epoxy product, with strong adhesion, room temperature
curing. It has excellent anti-aging, shock resistance properties in self-adhesion and mutual adhesion of steel and concrete, with
high sher rate, used for seismic reinforcement of many buildings.
Product Features:
- Room-temperature curing, high strength. It has a relatively high bonding strength, capable of providing reliable
- anchoring force, tightly combining the rebar with the base material as if it were pre-embedded.
- Strong adhesion: It has good adhesion performance to materials such as rebar and concrete.
- Good durability: It has excellent anti-aging, acid and alkali resistance, water resistance and other properties, and
- can maintain stable performance for a long time under various environmental conditions.
- Low shrinkage during hardening: It can reduce problems such as hollowing or cracks caused by colloid shrinkage.
- Excellent toughness and impact resistance: After curing, it has good toughness and can withstand certain impacts and vibrations.
- Wide glue-mixing ratio: The glue-mixing ratio of components A and B is wide, facilitating on-site operation and adjustment.
- Good temperature resistance: Some rebar-planting adhesives have good heat resistance and can be welded after rebar embedding.

Cautions:
① Don’t use for the alkaline materials such as marble, granite etc;
②Don’t use for the hide and semi-hide curtain wall and installation of coated glass by metal;
③Unsuitable for the grease, plasticizer or solvent surfaces
④Unsuitable for the bad-ventilated places because silicone sealant is easily cured after absorbing the moisture in the air;
⑤Unsuitable for frost or humid places
⑥Don’t use it if the temperature of the surface is below 4°C or above 50°C.
